Senziwani Sikhosana of Bard Santner Inc has been named the 2026 Director of the Year in the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise (SME) category by the Institute of Directors Zimbabwe (IoDZ).
The announcement was made by the IoDZ in a social media post celebrating the award, which recognises leadership, strategic vision and commitment to corporate governance.
According to the institute, Sikhosana was honoured for driving organisational excellence and creating sustainable value within his organisation.

The IoDZ said the award reflects purposeful leadership, integrity and sound corporate governance, qualities it described as the hallmarks of lasting success.
"This year's recognition goes to Senziwani Sikhosana of Bard Santner Inc whose dedication to driving organisational excellence and creating sustainable value has earned this prestigious honour at the Institute of Directors Zimbabwe (IoDZ) Director of the Year Awards," the institute said.
The organisation congratulated Sikhosana on the achievement, expressing confidence that he would continue to provide leadership and make a lasting impact in the corporate sector.
The Director of the Year Awards recognise individuals who have demonstrated excellence in corporate leadership and governance across different sectors of Zimbabwe's economy.
